Job guarantee and policy
We offer two-week job guarantee for SNS, Shellac, Bio gel and Apres. These can be redone or repaired within two weeks. We DO NOT provide refunds for any completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We are happy to make adjustments or remove the product at no extra cost. Refunds will NOT be issued if you leave the salon without notifying us of any concerns.
